Your makeup artists are the first vendors you’ll see on your wedding day and we don’t take this role lightly. We’ll take the lead when it comes to coordinating with all of your other vendors to ensure a smooth and predictable morning. Relax and enjoy a stress-free experience while getting ready for your soon-to-be favorite day ever. All you’ll need to do is put on your favorite playlist!

Alea wanted a bold lip for her bridal look but also wanted to "look like herself". We focused on light shimmery colors on her eyes.

Kristin let me choose her look for her friend's wedding. I asked how she normally wears and makeup and to see what she was wearing before choosing her glam.

Both of our signature packages include one bridal makeup application with Sarah Jane, wedding day travel*, your custom makeup timeline, wedding morning coordination, and pre-wedding email guidance.

The Intimate Bride $800
Bridal makeup for one bride and up to 3 additional people OR up to 4 hours of bridal touch ups.
Up to five hours at one location.

The Entourage Bride $1,700
Bridal makeup for one bride, up to 7 additional people, and a second makeup artist.

Bridal Preview $250
Your bridal preview appointment is where we’ll begin creating your wedding day look. It’s the time to try on your inspiration photos and maybe some things you wouldn’t have thought of! After this appointment, you’ll feel confident to make decisions about your perfect bridal look.

Additional Bride $300
For weddings with more than one bride, we allow couples to book an additional bride as an a la cart service instead of needing to book their own package.

Guest Makeup $170
Guest makeup can be added on for additional bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, grandmothers, and any other special guests.

Additional Artist $250
For weddings requiring >2 artists, each additional artist will be added at $250 per artist.

Bridal Touch-ups
Bridal touch ups can be added to your package a la cart for $150 per hour.

Junior Bridesmaids and Flower Girls
Junior Bridesmaids (12+ years old) $100. Flower girl (<12 years old) $40. Anyone over 16 years of age is considered a regular bridesmaid.

To pack up, set back up at a new location, and continue makeup services is a fee of $150. This fee does not apply if the bride has booked hourly touch ups.

Travel farther than 60 miles from Upper Providence PA will be charged at $1.00 /mile.

Parking will be determined before the wedding and is the responsibility of the bride to cover either meter parking, garage or valet parking as a part of her total invoice.

Weddings over 100 miles from Upper Providence PA may require overnight accommodations, at the discretion of your artist, to wake up in close proximity to your wedding morning location.

A non-refundable retainer is required to save your date. Retainers allow us to save your date and begin turning away other inquiring brides.
This amount is $300 for The Intimate Bride (retainer for one artist) and $550 for The Entourage Bride (retainer for two artists). If your party requires more than 2 artists, $250 will be added to this retainer amount per additional artist.
Your retainer amount will be discounted from your total invoiced services.

Beauty vendors are some of your least expensive wedding vendors when looking at total investment amount, but have some of the biggest impact on how you feel on your wedding day.
We receive many inquires about the same dates, especially during popular wedding months. Our recommendation is to book makeup and hair as soon as you’ve found the artists you want to work with. The average bride books makeup and hair one year prior to their wedding.

Bridal Preview appointments are scheduled Tuesday-Thursday and are recommended two months before your wedding. You are welcome to schedule a trial as early as you like and can schedule multiple trials at $250 per bridal preview appointment.

We have a network of trusted artists that your additional artist(s) will be selected from, depending availability and your style preferences.

If you have over 4 people in your group, a second artist is necessary. This prevents your getting ready timeline from getting stretched over many unnecessary hours and avoids running into timing issues.
Wedding mornings can look like many people all in one space, heightened emotions, and lots of moving parts. By keeping each artist at 4-5 makeup services, we’re able to deliver our best work, including keeping the vibe right.

You can make changes to your package up to two months before your wedding. After that, your services and any extra artists are locked in. This allows us to properly plan and schedule for your date.

Yes! We have the option to add additional makeup artists at a rate of $250 per artist. If you have a large party, we prefer you book ASAP, as artist availability is limited.

Aurelia artists use a mix of professional, luxury, and widely available makeup brands. Some favorites include NARS, Lancôme, MAC, Pat McGrath, Charlotte Tilbury, Graftobian, NYX, L'Oréal.

With a limited amount of weekends during the wedding season, popular dates book quickly! Once you’ve submitted a request form, we’ll respond with our availability within 24-48 hours.
After we’ve confirmed our availability, you’ll receive a link to sign your contract, pay a retainer and officially take your date off the market.
